The Egerie Paris team prepares each of your orders with care, from our Parisian showroom. Then we entrust the parcels to our carriers so that they can bring your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Order online on our E-shop, your order will be quickly delivered to you in complete safety.
What if you change your mind? The return is guaranteed!
Our terms of delivery:
You have several options for the delivery of your order:
- France :
Home Delivery: We are delighted to offer free delivery, so there will be no postage added to your item order.
Delivery in 48h / Shipping costs = 0 €
Delivery to a relay point: ????
- Europe zone: our carriers deliver directly to your home.
Colissimo delivery between 3 and 6 working days / Shipping costs = 15 €
- Outside the Europe Zone: our carriers deliver directly to your home. You just need to be more patient.
Colissimo delivery in 1 week / Shipping costs = 35€
Our return conditions:
Did you make a size or item error? Don't panic, you have 15 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and change your mind.
What items can I return?
You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your package to return the new item, unworn, unwashed, with its label and obviously in perfect condition in its original packaging!
How should I go about it?
To make a return, simply send us an email to contact@egerie-paris.com indicating your name, your order number and the name of the returned items.
Remember to specify the reason for your return request in your message. Your comments are valuable and will allow us to improve.
Then, all you have to do is return the items to us at the following address:

Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
