The Egerie Paris team prepares each of your orders with care, from our Parisian showroom. Then we entrust the packages to our carriers so that they can bring your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Order online on our E-shop, your order will be delivered to you quickly and safely.
What if you change your mind? Return is guaranteed!
Our delivery conditions:
You have several options for delivering your order:
- France :
Home Delivery: We are happy to offer delivery, so there will be no shipping costs added to your item order.
Delivery in 48 hours / Shipping costs = €0
- Europe zone: our carriers deliver directly to your home.
Colissimo delivery between 3 and 6 working days/ Shipping costs = € 15
- Outside Europe Zone: our carriers deliver directly to your home. You just need to be more patient.
Colissimo delivery in 1 week/ Shipping costs = €35
Our returns conditions:
Did you make a size or item mistake? Don't panic, you have 15 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and change your mind.
What items can I return?
You have 15 days from receipt of your package to return the item to us as new, unworn, unwashed, with its label and obviously in perfect condition in its original packaging!
How should I go about it?
To make a return, simply send us an email to contact@egerie-paris.com indicating your name, your order number and the name of the returned item.
Remember to tell us the reason for your return request in your message. Your comments are valuable and will allow us to improve.
Then, all you have to do is return the items to us at the following address:

Postal costs are the responsibility of the customer.
