EGERIE PARIS is a brand name of the company SARL SARAHDAVID, a company registered in the Paris COMMERCE AND COMPANIES REGISTER under number Paris B 512 856 097 hereinafter referred to as “EGERIE PARIS” and on the other hand, by any natural person or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website http://www.egerie-paris.com/boutique hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.

If you use multiple user accounts with the aim of disrupting the EGERIE PARIS community, measures may be taken against one or all of your user accounts.
3. Characteristics of the goods
The items offered for sale are those which appear in our catalog published on our site http://www.egerie-paris.com/boutique . Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
They are offered while stock lasts.
Each product is accompanied by a description and a photograph. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible and are within the contractual scope.
However, we inform the customer that they cannot ensure perfect similarity. The colors of the articles may not correspond to the actual colors due to the effect of the internet browser, the screen, or even the high-tech medium used.
Items for sale on this site are available for worldwide delivery.
4.Orders
Once you have made your selection and placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email does NOT constitute acceptance of your order. This is a simple confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of the order and the conclusion of the contract between you and EGERIE PARIS are considered effective once we send you a confirmation email indicating that the products have been shipped.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that, for example, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a given item, the item ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions.
We are under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for an item whose displayed price was incorrect and we reserve the right to cancel such order, whether it has been validated or sent.
In the event of a price error on an item you have ordered, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the total or partial cancellation of your order. If payment has already been made for these goods, the full amount charged will be refunded to you as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation once the items have already been sent, the refund will be made upon receipt of the goods you have returned to us.
5.Price of items
The prices indicated on the site are in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding processing and shipping costs. They take into account VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order. Any new taxes or contributions, particularly environmental, may be reflected in the sale price of the items.
The prices of the products are exclusive of delivery costs (postage, packaging and preparation of the package according to the amounts in force). The amount of the shipping costs is specified on the site before validation of the order.
THE ITEMS REMAIN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY OF EGERIE PARIS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OF THE PRICE, WHICH THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS.
6.Payment of order
Payment can be made by Visa debit/credit card, MasterCard any other method occasionally and clearly displayed on the site.
The amount of the order is debited and withdrawn from your account once your order has been shipped by EGERIE PARIS. All debit/credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization from the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to EGERIE PARIS, we are not held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver.
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of our site. This information is fully encrypted and only used to complete the card transactions you have requested.
We also take all necessary reasonable steps within our power to keep your order and payment information secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if an unauthorized third party gains access to the data you provided to us when accessing or ordering on the site.
7.Promo Codes
Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be used with other offers or promotional codes, they cannot be combined and they must be used before the deadline.
8.Delivery methods
The EGERIE PARIS online store offers a postal delivery method to the address of your choice. The average delivery time is 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
As soon as your package is picked up by the carrier, you will be able to track your package at any time on the site using the tracking number available on your online account in the details and tracking of your order or who has sent you was sent by email when you confirmed your order.
If you are absent, a delivery notice will be sent to you by SMS or MAIL, to allow you to reschedule your delivery.
Delivery costs are free for all orders in mainland France.

9.Returns - Exchanges - Refunds
EGERIE PARIS authorizes an exchange to customers within 20 days:
- to exchange one or more items
- to benefit from a refund.
These 2 methods are possible via the site http://www.egerie-paris.com/boutique . Return costs will then be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are only made for online purchases, by bank transfer or recredit of the bank card used for payment.
The refund will take place within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of receipt of the “return package” by EGERIE PARIS. The customer will be informed by e-mail of the progress of their reimbursement.
In the event that the ordered product is defective or if it does not correspond to the item ordered, the customer can request its exchange or refund. Delivery costs will then be the responsibility of EGERIE PARIS. Please note that this right of return can only be accepted for items returned in a condition allowing them to be put back on sale by EGERIE DE PARIS; either in their original packaging and in impeccable condition. Items returned worn, damaged, soiled or without their labels will not be taken back.

10.Guarantees
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code and L 211-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, from delivery:
- Article 1641 of the Civil Code: the seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the thing sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use to such an extent that the buyer does not would not have acquired, or would have only given a lower price, if he had known them.
- Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
- Article L 211-4 of the Consumer Code: the seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
- Article L 211-5 of the Consumer Code: to comply with the contract, the good must:
1/ Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar item and, where applicable:
- Correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
-Present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public declarations made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2/ Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.
- Article L 211-12 of the Consumer Code: action resulting from lack of conformity is prescribed two years from delivery of the good. This guarantee allows the customer to return defective or non-compliant items delivered for reimbursement under the aforementioned conditions.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the head office which will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
In this case, returns must be made by post to the following address: EGERIE PARIS – SARL SARAH DAVID, 12 Rue du Caire 75002 Paris within twenty days following delivery.
Whatever the problem with your item, you must attach a copy of the invoice and the return slip with the defective item.
11. Intellectual property rights
Your use of the Site and its Content does not grant you any rights in copyright, designs, trademarks or other intellectual property rights and in any material associated with the Content (as described in the Content section below) , including the EGERIE PARIS software and all of the HTML code and other codes appearing on this Site.
All such content, designs and related intellectual property rights of third parties mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by national intellectual property laws, other laws and international treaty provisions. You are authorized to use the content only as expressly stipulated by EGERIE PARIS.
Any reproduction or redistribution of the above content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal prosecution.
